We are one of the few powder coaters in the country that offer in-house Non-Chromate Conversion Coating (NCCC) aluminium pre-treatment. Having this in-house allows us to provide the best possible finish, in the quickest time, at competitive prices.
NCCC is a pre-treatment for aluminium which modifies the surface of the aluminium, providing additional corrosion protection as well as an ideal key for powder coating to adhere to - all whilst maintaining the aluminium finish.
NCCC is a far superior pre-treatment to etching and similar aluminium pre-treatments, providing a much better adhesion, protection and finish.
All parts of our custom-built 5 step NCCC aluminium pre-treatment can accept up to 6 m x 1.5 m lengths / pieces.

In 2019 we received the AkzoNobel Service First accreditation. Service First Associated coaters are recommended by AkzoNobel for the application of Interpon and Cromadex powders.
Part of the accreditation required a length of our powder coated aluminium with a gouge cut (through the coating, exposing the aluminium) being fully submerged in salt water for 1,000 hours. This thorough test passed with no defects, blistering or blemishes.
